The First Bank Executive Apartment was designed to deliver a refined hospitality experience that reflects the prestige and excellence associated with the First Bank brand. The design approach balances modern elegance with everyday functionality, creating a sophisticated residential environment that offers comfort, relaxation, and convenience for executives and distinguished guests.

Every space was carefully curated to provide a seamless blend of luxury finishes, contemporary furnishings, and timeless design elements, resulting in an apartment that feels both welcoming and exclusive.

Scope of Work:

Interior Space Planning

        Thoughtfully planned layouts to maximize spatial efficiency, enhance circulation, and create a seamless transition between living, dining, and private areas.

Furniture Selection & Procurement

        Selection of premium furniture and bespoke pieces that complement the apartment's contemporary aesthetic while ensuring exceptional comfort and durability.

Lighting Design

        Integration of layered lighting solutions, including ambient, task, and accent lighting, to create warm, inviting interiors while highlighting key architectural and design features.

Material & Finish Selection

        Carefully curated palette of high-quality materials, natural wood veneers, textured fabrics, stone finishes, and neutral tones to achieve a sophisticated and timeless interior.

Custom Joinery

        Design and fabrication of bespoke wardrobes, storage units, TV consoles, bedroom furniture, and feature cabinetry tailored specifically to the apartment.

Soft Furnishings & Styling

        Selection of rugs, artwork, decorative accessories, curtains, and accent pieces to elevate the living experience and create a cohesive interior identity.

Construction & Installation

Comprehensive supervision and coordination of all installation works, including:
